To foster the physical, mental, emotional growth and development of your youth through the sport of track and field, camps and other team building programs at all levels of age and competition. The purpose of Reach 1 is to teach children and young adult’s teamwork and the fundamentals of proper training, discipline, and hard work needed in sports. We Foster this purpose by providing youth training programs that help develop your youth in every aspect of their life. The goal of Reach 1 is to teach children how to live healthy, and active lives that include regular exercise, relationship building, and eating right and self discipline. The lessons will be used as part of developing personal growth and a sense of well-being. The program will focus on complete life skills training for your youth. To develop highly competitive teams of individuals who represent Jesus Christ in athletics and in daily life.
TO HELP PREPARE our student athletes to live lives of productive, joyous service to the Lord. TO HELP OUR ATHLETES LEARN to apply Biblical principles to life’s situations. TO HELP OUR ATHLETES GROW toward spiritual maturity so that they may be more effectively used by God. TO HELP OUR ATHLETES REACH as close as possible to their athletic potential for the glory of the Lord. TO ASSIST AND ENCOURAGE our athletes to earn college degrees. TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES for our athletes individually and as a team to represent Reach 1 and Christ at the highest possible competitive level. TO LEAD and encourage our athletes to serve others as representatives of Christ. TO LEAD OUR TEAM to set an example to other summer track teams of the great superiority of a life of walking with the Lord. TO SET AN EXAMPLE of a Christ-centered program to other teams and students.
